So I have not jailbreaked a device since ios 6 on my iphone 3GS.

Now I want to do it on my ipad mini that is actually still on ios 6.

I want it to be on 8.4 with cydia. But I read alot of problems on this.
So a simple question is it possible to update my ipad to ios 8.4 and jailbreak it with a tool that also adds cydia to it?

And will I still be abble to use apps like appcacke???

Also I read that you need a specific version of itunes???

Thanks in advance for the info.

Backup your device
update to 8.4
jailbreak with below tool
restore your backup you made
enjoy...

You can use this link to get the latest version for the jailbreak, should work on regular itunes.

Disable the 3k assistant install when running the tool.
