Anyone feel the laging when you exit apps or setting?

Mine is just slow to close after i use the home button to exit apps on my Iphone 5s

I did OTA update and reset all setting once. Should i try hard reset of maybe restore again via itune? Or its just normal. Please let me know your feedback.
