In this post, I will keep track of the apps working AND not working for iOS8 beta2.
Granted, I can't test every single function of the apps, but the list below should give you a pretty good idea of whether or not you can make the switch.

Any help is appreciated Both Thread Bumps and App Reports.

Google have just released an updated for Chrome with point one been Compatibility with new iOS versions.

Just updated on my iPad Air and working (version 35.0.1916)

The Grint app seems to work just fine, Golfshot GPS seems to crash randomly during the splash screen, but all features work when the app opens correctly & Hole 19 crashes whenever you start a round & will not download any previous golf rounds. Facebook seems to be working much better than beta 1 along with instagram.

There's no way I would classify YouTube as a working app on iOS 8, at least not the iPad version. It's barely usable. Videos refuse to load most of the time, and when they do it's very poor quality even though I have a great network connection. After watching a video for over 5 minutes the app totally refuses any user input and it is super unstable. I downgraded my iPad back to iOS 7 because around 50% of what I use my iPad for is YouTube.

I can report a functional Tweetbot 3 on my iPhone 5. There are occasional crashes, but the main issue I was having under beta 1 was the app would freeze when I brought up a retweet menu - this seems to have been fixed.
