iOS 8 beta 2 Lock Screen and Spotlight keyboard sounds

The lock screen number pad and Spotlight keyboard make clicking sounds despite this option being turned off in settings.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Soft reset iPhone using home and power key.
2. In Settings, Sound, turn off keyboard sounds.
3. Set security code for phone.
4. Lock phone.
5. Unlock phone and type security code.
6. Notice keyboard makes clicking noise.
7. Launch Spotlight search.
8. Notice keyboard makes clicking noise.

Expected Results:
No keyboard should make clicking noise if keyboard noises turned off in Settings.

Actual Results:
Phone security code and Spotlight keyboards make clicking noise despite keyboard sounds being turned off in Settings.
