iOS 8 Beta 5 Safari picture upload bug?

Is anyone able to successfully upload an image to http://tineye.com/ or any other website from Safari in iOS8 Beta 5? there appears to be a major problem preventing uploads, I tried on my iPad mini and Air with the same result.

I submitted a bug report to apple a few weeks ago however the same issue is still present in the GM release.

Also get this problem with the GM release, try uploading a photo to: http://postimage.org

Stops at 3% for me and refuses to get any further.
