IOS 8 GM different from iOS 8?

Just noticed that both versions are different from my understanding.. I have screenshots of my (iOS 8 GM) notification bar and the official iOS 8 notification bar. It seems that not all features are in the GM version.

Those are widgets, and are installed by the user.

iOS 8 GM is the same version released today.

Then explain to me why i don't have those features shown in the screenshots?

Have you installed any apps with extensions, like Yahoo Weather? The widgets come from apps.
