How is it for you?
For me it's way slower/laggy than iOS 7 especially Safari.
Also there's a playback bug: If I run a video on youporn and close that panel the audio still goes on..

on my iPhone 5 iOS 8 is working great.

No noticeable lag. I am experiencing issues with safari though and YouTube videos- Sometimes it freezes for a bit.

Agreed! I am back on 7.1.2. I do hope Apple refine ios 8 in updates to come

It's the first time that with a new iOS update I'm experiencing lag. And you must consider that I'm using iPad mini retina and not the 1st generation. Very disappointing.

Also I really tought SMS relay was coming with iOS 8.0

Hopefully we will see soon an update.

Major iOS updates causing lag is pretty common. I think one of the worst affected are the iPhone 3G (to iOS 4) and the original iPad. So far though, I've been pleasantly surprised with how well the A6/X (iPhone 5 and iPad 4) performs with the new iOS updates.
