iOS 8 on iPad vs iPhone

I installed the beta on my iPad but found it extremely unstable and really not finished yet. Does anyone have it installed on both iPad and iPhone and can comment on the stability of the iPhone release?

I'm running the beta on my iPad 3rd Gen & iPhone 5s and found both of them to be very stable with the 5s just crashing a few times
