iOS 8 - OTA on Wednesday - what time?

Does anyone know what time typically the iOS 8 OTA would be available for download?

10 AM PDT usually but the servers will be hammered and u won't get a download until about 6PM PDT.

I'll be waiting until Thursday at least. I got stuck waiting for activation after the iOS 7 release last year.

Same. I downloaded direct from apple last time and skipped the queues but got stuck in activation as well.

I went the iTunes route, so it took forever to even download iOS 7 and then I got stuck in activation. Will probably do OTA this time but wait until I get the badge for it.

Thanks for all the answers. Tomorrow i wont be home till at list 6 pm cst, so I guess i will try it when i get home; otherwise, there is always another day
