iOS 8 Safari photos don't completely load

When viewing pages in Safari, often times, images do not completely load...mostly with with thumbnails of photo's...clicking on the thumbnail will fully load the photo. This doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or cellular.

For what it's worth, I don't recall this happening on my iPhone 5 under iOS, just on my iPhone 6+

I've had this issue as well. It's really hit or miss as some pages they all load completely then others it will do that exact thing as yours is doing.
