iOS 8 users please test this

This bug was introduced with iOS 7 and remains unresolved. Would someone in the iOS 8 beta please test this for me and let me know if they've fixed it?

Hold the phone horizontally the whole time

1) open Safari (or other app which supports landscape). The screen correctly rotates into landscape

2) lock the phone

3) press home then slide to unlock. the screen will quickly rotate counter-clockwise into portrait then immediately back into landscape.

Prior to iOS 7, this auto-rotate did not occur when unlocking with the phone held in landscape.

I've tested numerous 5's and 5S's and they all do it on any flavor of iOS7

Mine does do it. I actually had the wrong phone. The iOS 8 5s doesn't do it; the iOS 7 5s does. My bad.

Since is the same ideea i need to ask this

I have iOS 7 and i5s! When i'm in messages if i cover the front camera and the senzor the screen goes black!

Anyone has this problem in iOS8 or even 7?

Nope I can't get the screen to black out in Messages like it does when you're on a phone call
