Hi guys! Just 1 hour left! Is it ok to install it via OTA on my iPhone 5? I did a clean install a month ago, but I'd like to avoid it this time. May it be a problem? Thanks

I'm going to do it via iTunes just because I think it's often faster.

Just my 2 cents, tho.

Now that's funny....I find it to be quicker OTA. BUUUUT, I have a Dell, not a Mac ;-). Can't justify purchasing a good computer until this one is done

I recommend backing up and updating on iTunes. It is faster, safer and uses less memory.

My laptop is at work, and all I have here at home on my day off is my iP5 & iPad Mini Retina...so, I've backed both devices up on iCloud & I'm gonna give a shot OTA. If you hear somebody loudly dropping the F-Bomb...it's probably me all the way from Missouri! ;)

As somebody who thoroughly used beta 4, 5, and GM, I will be laughing today at all the problems people are going to be having. I'll keep my 5S on 7.1.2 for quite some time.

I wonder if I'll be able to do it today. It hasn't gone past the downloading stage.

Now back to update requested.

Using iTunes you get a backup of your phone before the os update. When you update OTA, you dont get this do you? Seems riskier to do it OTA but i dont think apple would have allowed it if it wasnt safe.
