ios 8 video camera - can it be set to a lower resolution?

Hey all,

With Video Camera+ inexplicably removed from the App Store I'm forced to find an alternative video camera app that can record in a lower resolution (preferably 480p). So now I'm looking for alternatives but I was also wondering if the ability to choose a lower resolution was now a feature in ios8's video camera? Can anyone confirm this?

Go to Settings > Photos & Camera

Scroll down.

Have you tried to find this yourself? Or is this only on iPhone 6, which is what I'm using.
