iOS 9.0.1. Dictation issue

Dictation not working when non-mic headphones connected. It worked flawlessly before, and even on my iPhone 5s.

Situation: I'm in the car with the aux Jack plugged in from the phone to the car and am able to dictate back to text messages and such. Not anymore
