iOS 9.0.2 Contacts still shows all groups by default.

I just updated to 9.0.2 and the issue where Contacts shows all groups by default still exists. When you uncheck them it only lasts until the app is closed.

Has this been fixed in any of the 9.1 betas? It's really annoying to have unwanted contacts in my contacts list.
