iPhone iOS 9.1(beta) not backing up

Has anyone else notice that when trying to back up to iCloud on the beta, the phone doesn't get Backed up? It tells me that the next back up is 0KB. When trying to back up on the phone, it just says that it fails and wont back up my iPhone 6.
