Anyone else have their keyboard slide down then slide back up every time you re-enter messages app from task switcher???? Don't remember it in iOS 9.0. I feel like 9.1 is more buggy and filled with animation stutters in comparison to 9.0. On iPad Air 2 here so its really annoying as hell.
