IOS 9.1 restore to iPhone 6s

Here is the questions:

I have now 9.0 public beta 3. Going to order iPhone 6s. Should I upgrade to iOS 9.0GM to backup and then restore to a new iPhone? If I upgrade to 9.1 beta, can I restore to iPhone 6s? I don't want to loose my information. The last iTunes backup I have 8.4.1 32 weeks ago.
