iOS 9.3 and AT&T WiFi Calling - International Much Better?

I am abroad right now, and my iPhone is connected to AT&T Wi-Fi, which it never has before.

AT&T has updated their FAQ page, too. Pretty cool feature. Looks like I can call to the US for no additional charge. Pretty sweet! Don't have to rely on FaceTime Audio or anything else.

Am I reading this right? Neat, under-the-radar, feature.
