iOS 9.3 and Bluetooth Car-kit issues

So, I upgraded my iPhone 6s to iOS 9.3 last night, and all went well.
However, when stepping in my car this morning and trying to make a phone-call using the Bluetooth car-kit, the connection was so awful, I couldn't understand a wordt that was being said.

I re-paired (lol... pun intended) my iPhone with the car-kit but that didn't work.
There were no issues before upgrading to iOS 9.3

Anyone else have this problem?

UPDATE

Worked after:
1. "Forgetting" the device on both the car and the iPhone.
2. Restarting the iPhone
3. Re-pairing.
