iOS 9.3 phantom (?) swipes.

Hi,

In spite of being pretty sure I'm pressing down on home screen my 6S+ on 9.3 acts as if I'm swiping to the right (going to Siri Suggestions screen) sometimes when I try and launch an app. Anyone else see this? I'm being careful but still seeing this a few times per day from a motion that never used to be an issue. Thanks for any input.

Yes, I've experienced the issue before. Especially in folders
