iOS 9 and changing video res iphone 6s?? Slow mo FPS change?

I see these options lacking completely. At least on the 6 you could change from 240 FPS to 120FPS in lower light situations. Also, I don't see any options at all in IOS9 to change video res or FPS period...What am I missing? Thanks
