iOS 9 Beta 4 Text Tones

I didn't see this issue anywhere. Does anyone else have an issue trying to assign a text tone to the system or a contact? When I try either the system settings crashes or the contact crashes and I can't assign a unique tone.

Will do a bug report but wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue on iOS 9 Beta 4.
