iOS 9 lock screen not moving?

Hi guys, i remember ios 7 introduced some movement in the lock screen, whenever you turn your phone left and right. I only realized that it only moves in the home screen now and not the lock screen. Running an iPhone 6 on iOS 9.3.1

Hi guys, i remember ios 7 introduced some movement in the lock screen, whenever you turn your phone left and right. I only realized that it only moves in the home screen now and not the lock screen. Running an iPhone 6 on iOS 9.3.1

It should still move as long as Reduce Motion is disabled, perspective zoom is enabled in wallpaper settings, and Low Power Mode is off.
