iOS 9 Notes app problem!!!

Hi,

After I upgraded my iPhone to iOS 9 and also upgraded the Notes app, every time I launch the note app, instead of bringing me to the list of notes I have, it brings me to the list of FOLDERS of notes I have (which I only have one folder). this is pretty annoying to me since I have to select the one folder I have every time I use the Notes app. Does anyone else know how i can fix this?

Could be a bug or not. Either way, there's no fix for it until Apple corrects it (unless it's not a bug).
