iOS 9 notification bugs

Push notifications for both Apple Mail and Gmail have stopped working. I have to keep opening the app to get new mail. Also sometimes notifications from apps like WhatsApp or another messenger aren't shown. This started happening after I installed the official version of iOS 9. Does anyone else experience these issues?
