iOS 9: Phone app crashes

Hello everyone,

ever since I updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 9 (it's currently on 9.0.2) I've been having trouble with the phone app. Most of the time it immediately becomes unresponsive as soon as I open it, I can only see the keypad and that's it. Resetting my iPhone doesn't help, so if any of you have experienced the same issue and found a solution or if you have any idea what to do, I'd be really grateful if you could share it with me.
