Ios 9 problems i think may affect

Hi people I want to know if the update made the same thing to some of your apps as it did with my iphone 6, after the update, facebook, messenger, whatsapp, and facebook groups desapear from my phone and the only way to access them is by finding them on te search templet but there is no apps, if you go to the app store there is no way to download the app because apperantly I all ready have them so I just can open the apps but the icon it doesnt exist on the phone if you are experiencing this kind of a problem let me know and if theres a way I can fix it thanks

Have you tried restarting the phone? Have you checked potential folders that might have these apps (I think spotlight search even provides that information if they are in a folder)? Ultimately you can go to the usage options in settings and delete the apps from there and reinstall them from the App Store which should hopefully clear up something like this.
