iOS 9 public beta fresh install?

Is it possible to do a fresh install of the iOS 9 public beta via DFU mode like can be done with the developer betas?
 
Hmm I see great minds think alike. Now if I could figure out how to delete my discussion.

I tried taking the OTA then restoring through iTunes and that failed, so we can rule that out.
