iOS 9 Unable to Edit Photo Albums

I made the mistake of updating to iOS 9 today on my iPhone 5. It's laggy and I noticed I can't edit my photo albums. When I hit "Edit" in Albums, it won't let me do anything. Anyone else experiencing this?
