I'm getting an error trying to download it OTA.

"Software Update Failed

An error occurred when downloading iOS 9."

Software Update, iPhone 6 Plus, US. If your getting failed its probably because the server is slammed. Keep trying and it will go through eventually.

I'll wait until you heathens get off the servers later tonight or tomorrow morning. I'm getting a "software update failed" message. Probably Apple, once again, not providing enough bandwidth.

How do I roll back from 9.1? I never really wanted 9.1 but it kept bugging the hell out of me. Now I no longer want betas. Just want the GM public version.

Restore in iTunes. Not sure how it works if you don't have access to a computer.

As I said above though, you're sacrificing performance going backwards.

Took 3 minutes to download, 2 minutes to verify, it showed the status as "Downloaded" but the Install Now link remained grayed out. I backed out of the Software Update page and went back in after which I was then able to tap on Install Now. Currently installing, the progress bar (black screen with white Apple logo) is at 50% after 6 minutes now.

iPhone 6 (Verizon)

Getting error message over and again on phone. Instantly downloading on office iMac (took about 5 minutes or so), and now installation progress bar at about 80% on phone.

EDIT: Done. Took less than 15 minutes total. Also included a VZW carrier update.

I had the OTA error on the iPad Air 2, it installed without any problems using iTunes.

Good OTA download, everything seems fine, so far so good.I was under the impression that IOS 9 was a smaller install.
Same size, no change. Note to anyone, get a 64GB or bigger for storage phone. My IP6 128GB has been a god send since last year.

It's downloading on my iPhone 6 Plus finally and watching pip while composing this message. Nice.

Not a fan of San Fran font, or the wallpapers..

San Fran is great on the watch, but my home screen just makes me think of Android for some reason.

I see they're still touting their performance and battery improvements.

9.1 is where you need to go if you want any sort of smooth experience.

Just finished installing 9 and it's running as smooth as 8.4.1 so far. Scrolling, browsing and game seem to be running the same.
