iPhone 11 IOS app that has the ability to show the weather from the drop down menu?

Any apps can do this? I miss this on android kinda.

I need the weather to be sharp, when it's cold I need to be alerted. Same with Rain or whatever?

Pretty much most weather apps, including stock will have a widget (swipe right from lock/homescreen for widgets, editable), but if you want notification alerts then something like Dark Sky or Carrot will do that.

Dark Sky is great and also has a nice Apple Watch interface/complication.

Dark Sky and Carrot Weather are both awesome. You can configure alerts and widgets for iOS and complications for WatchOS.
