I'm a little confused and need some clarification. I have over 40GB of applications on my MBP in the iTunes folder. I want to delete all these to save space as it is literally being wasted. My problem is this:

In iTunes: If I were to check Sync Apps --> I receive a message stating all apps on iOS devices will be removed. What I want is for apps to be removed from computer only but want to maintain iOS apps on iOS devices (not on computer).
With that said, if i were to simply delete all apps on the MBP, these apps will auto delete on iOS apps next time it syncs over wifi. How do I get my apps to be on the iOS devices and have nothing to do with my Mac?
