Hello,

What's the simplest (and cheapest) way of transferring a relatively small number of
paid, and also some free ones, APPS from the APP store I obtained in the past that
I already have on my iPhone to the MAC ?

Again, would like to emphasize "simple".

Doable ?

Thanks,
Bob

Do you mean you want to run some of your iPhone apps on your MAC? That can't be done. If there's a MacOS version of your iOS app then you'll have to download and maybe buy it again.

Hi

Thanks all.

Guess I thiught that ios apps for the iphone were “interchangeable” with Mac os.

iOS runs on ARM cpus, and Macs use Intel CPUs, completly different platforms. While iOS can trace its roots to OS X, and they share a lot of similarities, its still a different OS. Developers can run their apps inside an emulator, but I think that option is limited

There is software to use to sync the apps from the iPhone to the Mac for backup purposes
But as mentioned above, the apps don't actually run on the macOS
Many apps do have Mac equivalents that work with iOS apps and sync data, but they have to be purchased separately

IOS simulator-> you cannot drag and drop ipa to ios simulator to run.. :( It just pure simulator not emulator. Android emulator is diff.
