iOS arrange icons in Catalina?

Now that we've lost iTunes, is there any way to arrange app icons on iOS device home screens from Finder? My iPad is a mess of pages and apps, and sorting them was on my TODO list, but having to do that from the iPad itself will be tedious. Thanks.

Nope. In fact, that feature was removed from iTunes quite a while ago.

Apple Configurator will allow it.
