iOS backup on macOS 12.0 beta very slow

Is it me, but backing up my iPhone iOS 15.1 beta 1 to macOS takes or ever. (not backing up to iCloud)

In fact, iCloud backup is faster than backing up iPhone to Mac.

Any idea why its so slow?
