iOS beta 5 backup not working

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A5288d Safari/7534.48.3)

So I recently upgraded to iOS 5 beta 5 without flaw and restored from iCloud backup with the new apple id I made for it. Then I moved my MobileMe account over to iCloud and would love to just use that one. Everything works but when I go into storage and backup I can't not turn the switch on for backup.

Anyone else having this issue and maybe resolved :/

I'm having the same issue, the option to turn on iCloud backup is grayed out. Let me know if you figure it out!

Well let it finish. Will most likely be some apps haven't finished downloading, maybe got stuck in a loop. Has been discussed on these forums before.

I'm having no probs with backups.

Mine won't even let me turn on iCloud backups, no messages or whatever the "switch" to turn it on is grayed out. Maybe it has something to do with the move of my act from MobileMe to iCloud?

There is a Read Me file and also a full Change Log. Sorry, I refer to those collectively as the Release Notes.

yes I have read it. Ima back up later tonight through itunes then wipe phone restore through itunes and see if that works for me.

When I turn mine on the switch is on then I go to general then com back to it and it's back off

I would assume it is turned off - because Apple's servers will be wiped before iCloud goes GA/live. There'd be no point in you backing it up now then. I do see the flaw though.
