Using the latest iOS 9.x on my iPad Mini 2 and iPhone 6. For some reason when I open the videos app on the iPhone and watch a movie no space is taken away in my available disk space but this is not the case with the iPad Mini 2. Today I watched a movie over iCloud on WIFI and I had little available space left. I also watched the movie on my iPhone and did not need to sign out of iTunes and reboot to get the space back because no space had been used. Is there a way for my iPad Mini to work like this? I get tired of signing out of iTunes and rebooting just to get that cache space back.
