iPad iOS bugs or iPad Air 2 errors?

Hi:

I'm using my new iPad Air 2 and I've experienced some issues that I don't know if they are negligible, normal because iOS 8.1 remains them still or due to an error in my iPad.

Those issues are:

• Very little freezing when going to the home screen by 5-finger gesture.
• Very little freezing when changing tabs in Safari.
• A weird appeareance of top status bar while opening again a tab in Safari.
• Once the 5-finger gesture didn't work.
• While I'm highlighting some text in Safari, sometimes the magnifying glass doesn't work properly, appearing in zones of the webpage where there isn't any text. This usually happens when I'm typing on forums like this.

In general I'm very happy with my device, but would like to know if these punctual problems are due to hardware errors or if they are common software issues.

Maybe I'm just obsessed looking for defects.

I'm gonna go with ios8 problems because I have some of the same issues since updating my os.
