Ive just signed up to a free IOS developers account .. assuming ive done it correctly i can now use the IOS5 BETA cant i?

If so how do i download it?

You must have the paid account to us the iOS 5 Betas. Look on eBay people are selling a spot for under $10. If you really must have it. But you will go back to iOS 4 before a week lol Trust me. Been there, done that. Still fun to try for awhile and something new.

If we have a paid IOS developer account, will it roll back after a week as well or is this just for those who have purchased on ebay?

He's not saying it will roll back, but that you'll want to go back to the more solid non-beta iOS in a week.
