Hello!
I started a couple months ago making my owns apps for iOS devices. I would like to upload it to the apple store. I can't pay it with the credit card but I could pay it with paypal.
Can someone make me the account and I will send the $99 via paypal?

Hm... So if your app is paid and people buy it, the money goes to the person who setup the account, not you. Might want to rethink it.

Ask your parents though. Then you can still work something out And if they fill in the info, you can put it on your name.

If the name you sign up with doesn't match the name on the credit card, the approval will be rejected. And if you do use the name on the credit card as the seller name, this cannot be changed later.
