Hello,I am 15 years old and I want to put some apps on the app store... I have a question.... I must be adult to put apps on app store? thanks

I would think you'd have to be an adult to post apps to the App Store. Because you can't agree to the Terms of Service (a contract) if you are a minor.

You need to be 18+ To sign up for the contracts, bceause of the regulations of TAX controls need you to be an legal adult etc, so you can sign up under your parents name, but then you will have to keep selling under their name.. And can buy your own license once you're old enough.
