iOS devices won't stay connected to finder on Wi-Fi

Since I updated all my iOS devices won't stay connected like it does previously on iTunes when its not connected physically.

Now it only show on inder if I connect them directly with the cord but if I unplug them it disappear from the finder even if I checked the option to stay there when its on Wi-Fi.

Any help?
