iOS Downgrade

I'd a costumer who wanted to downgrade his iPhone iOS from Eight to Se7en, but I totally said that there is no way to downgrade it except jailbreak.
But I wanna know that is there another way to downgrade your iOS or it won't work too.

Apple is no longer signing iOS 7 so it will not install.

You cannot downgrade even when jailbroken.

It's just flat out not possible.

Are you sure? cause I've seen many people did that before! or they were lying about it.

Only on the iPhone 4 or older. It is not possible to downgrade an iPhone 4S or newer. The only possible way is if the firmware is still being signed. Usually the older firmware is signed for a few days after a new update is released. Once it is no longer being signed, it can no longer be installed.

At this point, only iOS 8.1.1 is being signed. Yes, I'm sure.
