iOS Enrollment taking very long ?

Hello,
last week I filled the forms to became a iOS developer and registered as a "company". I received an email from Apple asking me for some legal documents that I faxed them but since I have no news from Apple. I send them an email to ask them what the status is but no answer.

The status of my enrollment in the member center still says

Your Developer Program Enrollment Status
We have reviewed your Program Enrollment and ask that you contact us.

What is going on ?! How can I contact Apple other than by email (from Europe) ? I was expecting a better service for $100 a year

EDIT: ok I found the phone number. I'll call them.
