IOS Family sharing - move of child stuck in pending

Hi All,

Hopefully you can help and I've posted in the right place.

I've done the following to move a child (age 8, credit balance) from one parent to another but it's stuck in "Pending" -

1. On Iphone 6 (IOS 10) request an email address to join my family
2. On Ipad (IOS 10) this was accepted by the Parent / Organizer

I suspect there is a "in-app" purchase pending on the original parent. On the Iphone 6 it shows the child as "Pending".

Do I need to do anything else?
How long should it take (it's been around 3 hours now)?
