Dunno if anyone else has used this app: http://www.whatseye.com/ Basically it's a browser, but when you try to play a flash video it sends the video to the whatseye servers and converts it from flash to an iPhone friendly format (mp4 or something) then sends it back to the iPhone, where it plays as a mp4.
I tried it out and it works rather well. The whatseye servers were pretty fast, and since all the dealing with awful flash was done on whatseye's servers, the flash vids only taxed my iPhone in terms of battery life, heat and processing power as much as a regular mp4 vid would.
Try it out!
