Does anyone know if there is a tweak available that would allow me to change the shape of the folder icon on the Springboard? Currently I use a tweak that changes the shape of the app icons to circles and I want to know if there is a tweak that would change the folder shape to match.

I guess that info would be helpful, I'm on an iPhone 5 and have FolderIcons installed but the default icons aren't quite what I'm looking for and I'm not savvy enough to update/load my own. Wasn't sure if there was a tweak out there that already had what I was looking for.
If you have images in mind it's easy to put them in FolderIcons using either iFile or iFunBox. Go to var/mobile/Media/FolderIcons. There, there is a Background folder and a Foreground folder. Alot of times the folder icons are a single background with different foregrounds so you just put them in the respective folders. Sometimes it can be easier to have a single image for each folder in which case you can just put them in the background folder. Keep in mind that the file name has to end with @2x.png (e.g. myicon@2x.png).
The image I had in mind is a circular version of the existing folder icon, not sure I have the know how to make and insert such a file onto my phone.
I installed FolderIcons tweak on my iPad so I can change the foreground folder icon to match the regular icons. All went well and I loved the finish product but there's a problem. My iPad keeps on freezing and I have to hold the power button to get it unfrozen and then it will reboot. I don't know if FolderIcons is just not playng nice with a tweak I've already installed or if this is a legitimate FolderIcons bug on the iPad.

I found the same trouble on my iPad mini when customized icons applied as foreground or background. (No trouble, if no customized icons applied)
But it only froze when being rotated to landscape. As long as in portrait everything was fine.
I deleted nearly every other tweak installed but no change.
Finally I restored the device and set up 'as new'. And it froze with only FolderIcons installed.
So I assume it is FolderIcons itself - no interference with any other tweak.
Informed the dev about this issue about a week ago but no feedback up to now.
Thanks. I have removed the FolderIcons tweak from my iPad yesterday when the problem started. Since removing it, my iPad is back to normal (No freeze or random reboot). I would also like to report the issue to the Dev too; maybe multiple reports will prompt him to fix it. How to contact him since I've removed the tweak and have no intention of installing it again just for contact info? Thanks
You can contact the dev through Cydia even if the tweak is not installed on your device.
Just go to FolderIcons as if to install and click on the 'Author' button rigt in the middle of the screen.
