Hello. As stated in the title I'm currently seeing a strange issue where when I check in Mail for iOS or iPadOS, I'm not shown all the drafts that should be there.
Mail in macOS on the other hand shows them all.

Has anyone here ever had this? Is there a fix for it?

This is with a Gmail address in case that helps.
