iOS like remote app for mac's

Is there a remote like app that can control another mac streaming/running iTunes?

I have a mac that streams iTunes to an apple tv, Id like to be able to control it from my laptop in another part of the house. I know I can use the iOS remote app to do it, but it would be cool to just it from my laptop.

You could use screen sharing. I have a Mac Mini as an iTunes server, and I control it from my MacBook Air with screen sharing. No app required. 🙂

Thanks, playing around with chicken of the VNC clients. the zoom factor isn't working right just yet, but Im on the right track.

Screen Sharing is native in OS X.
You do not need to use a third party VNC app.

Screen Sharing is native in OS X.

That is exactly what I'm doing. Just go to system preferences > sharing and check the screen sharing box. This assumes that both machines are Macs though.
